Readers of the essay "Who are the Real Satanists" may have noticed its
"FAQ-ish"
tone (and maybe disliked it). Also that essay is very concerned with
defining a
lot of people and organizations that are NOT Satanic. As suggested
by the title
this essay will try to give a second opinion regarding the answer to
the
question of "who's the real Satanists." It will be somewhat more personal
than
the first answer, but it will also try to describe more accurately
just WHAT a
Satanist is.
Perhaps above anything else knowledge is THE Satanic trait or requirement.
Knowledge is power and it is interesting to notice just how much the
Xtians have
feared us Satanists because of our knowledge. Historically there are
numerous
examples of this fear and hate: the Xtian destruction of the Hellenic
culture
and almost all its knowledge. Xtians also banned all medical knowledge
during
the Dark Middle Age and they've had notorious problems with the emerging
scientific knowledge all over Europe. Everyone knows how Galileo Galilei
(and
Giordina Bruno) got into trouble by verifying the Copernican Heliocentric
system
(the Sun is at the centre of our solar system, NOT the Earth). Also,
try and
take a look at the alchemists, astronomers, potion brewers, "witches"
and
"warlocks" of medieval times to gain an understanding of the Xtian
persecution
of knowledge and scientific advance. Not only was this knowledge persecuted,
but
those IN THE KNOW were called heretics, devil worshipers or as Tani
Jantsang
notes: HER people were outrightly called DEVILS (a practice which again
emerged
as puritan white Xtians called the Amerindians "red devils").
I'd also like to draw your attention to a curious linguistic phenomenon
(I
believe Dr. LaVey have said this elsewhere). Have you ever wondered
how the
words "Satan", "Demon" or "Devil" have been used as adjectives? Christ
or
Christian on the other side is almost never used in this sense, though
"Angelic"
has.
Some examples: "He had a devilish plan"; "It was a Satanic scheme";
"Suddenly
his Satanic intentions were apparent"; "What a Satanic movie" and so
on. On one
level the "Satanic" label refers to "something bad" which helps the
reader,
listener or viewer to pigeonhole the character; in movies for example.
But also
note the implication that the "demonic Hannibal Lecter" is a VERY CLEVER
and
CUNNING person: he is SO intelligent that "only a DEMON can know that
much."
Likewise the "Satanic plot" of a movie is not only "bad" or "evil"
but also
extremely complex, cunning or well thought out. Thus we have a dual
aspect of
the Satanic: to the Xtian it means EVIL, but it also means BRILLIANT
in some
sense (thus catering to the Xtians' closet masochistic need). The old
Romans
referred to the Xtians as "chrestians" which means "simple minded"
or "stupid."
Well, no wonder considering their attitude towards knowledge: when
Adam and Eve
ate from the Three of Knowledge they became EVIL and CURSED. Cursed
by the
SERPENT. Tani Jantsang has noted that the "Serpent" doesn't have anything
to do
with SNAKES, but possibly with real people, the NAGAS (means serpents)
who
taught them secret knowledge, a knowledge which destroyed the Xtians.
Thomas
Aquinas, the "Church Father", also made sure to subordinate empirical,
experimental and scientific knowledge to the "revealed truths" of the
Xtian
Church and its Holy Bible.
Even today most Xtians display an amazing level of ignorance if not
outright
stupidity regarding MOST things. Some figures I've heard say that 44
per cent of
the American population believes in CREATION which basically amounts
to saying
that the Earth is only a few thousand years old. Though it is approx.
150 years
since Charles Darwin published his basically correct view of human
evolution
almost NO ONE knows exactly what he said and MEANT, and Darwin is still
NOT on
the reading list of the so-called "philosophers" which universities
educate
today (despite the fact that "philosopher" means "lover" (philo) of
"knowledge"
or "wisdom" (sophis, sophia)). The only bright spot in this Xtian mess
is the
Pope having recently (1996) acknowledged Darwin, and somewhere within
the last
ten years or so Galilei was also rehabilitated by the Pope. What's
their excuse
for taking such a long time to get to their senses? Truth probably
is: they're
STILL just as abyssmally stupid as they've always been, but the hard
work of
Satanic types have finally made it politically unacceptable to deny
the obvious.
Yes, scientific knowledge IS dangerous to the Xtians as it thouroughly
exposes
their fradulous and erroneous thinking.
Another characteristic of the Satanist is his insistence that "man is
just
another animal." True Satanists do not see man as something special
or holy, and
they certainly do not view humans as superior or "better" than other
"lower"
species. Satanists are hard core materialists who believe in REAL things,
not
pie-in-the-sky FANTASIES like demons, spirits, souls, heaven &
hell and GODS.
Reality has ALWAYS been too frightening for the Xtian and they've tried
to hide
from it; which is not smart as reality just doesn't "go away" if it's
out of
sight; what you don't know surely CAN hurt you. Satanists are truly
at ease with
their own bodies and its functions, whereas the Xtians have always
felt that the
body was "unruly" and should be controlled, kept in chains. Historically
the
Xtian Church abounds with examples of this. Take ANY monestary and
see if they
have a relaxed relationship with their bodies. They DON'T. Some have
whipped
themselves in order to "punish the body", others have starved or subsisted
on
inferior foodstuffs, sexual funtions were (ARE!) repressed and Xtians
have never
been able to ENJOY this basic and important bodily function with good
conscience. Pre-marital sex has been frowned upon and STILL IS, and
only
marriage consecrated by "God" makes sex somewhat acceptable in the
Xtian mind.
Children born outside marriage is STILL called "illegitimate" children
and they
are considered "unclean" by many even today.
One of the accusations against "devil-worshipers" has always been that
they
practiced free sex or had orgies. Or more generally: Satanists enjoyed
bodily
practises and this was considered dirty by the Xtians for whom only
the
"spiritual" or "mind-like" pursuits were respectable. For the Freudian
inclined
it is also interesting to note that the males at witches' sabbaths
were
EXTREMELY WELL HUNG and often the really, really frightening thought
for the
Xtians was that their females might ENJOY the sex; i.e. they were afraid
their
women might have an orgasm with this well hung "devil(man". This is
analogous to
the contemporary white-male fear of the considerably more well hung
blacks.
To the Satanist sex is just one more bodily function, like eating, sleeping,
running or thinking. Of course Satanists consider sex extremely pleasurable,
but
unlike the Xtians they are not INSANE about it. Nor are Satanists akathartic,
i.e. Satanists get RELEASE from the act -- unlike Xtians who are always
pent-up
or repressed.
Because sex is such a big issue in Xtian society a lot of people are
obscured
from noticing the more general attitude of the Xtians: THEY ARE ANTI-
MATERIALISTS. All of the above should have drawn your attention to
this fact.
Xtians happen to be ignorant, they do not understand the physical,
concrete
world, they have no idea what is going on in their bodies and hence
FEAR the
body. Remember the old adage "the World, the Flesh and the Devil."
An unholy
trinity which the Xtians despise.
There are also enought examples of predominantly Xtian cultures fearing,
hating
and loathing other hard-core materialists. Jews have traditionally
been hated by
the Xtians because they were godless materialists -- incidentally Hitler
hated
the Jews for exactly the same reason: the Jews were REALLY CLEVER and
could
easily outsmart any Aryan in the vicinity. Hitler had a movie called
"The
Eternal Jew" made, and he used it as a propaganda tool because he wanted
to show
how EVIL the Jews were. Tani Jantsang has mentioned to me that obviously
Hitler
didn't know how OTHERS would watch this movie: it really portrays the
Aryans as
THE stupid race and the Jews emerge as the true super-humans. Nor is
it a
coincidence that Xtian nations have hated the Soviet Union, Cuba and
China.
Communists are atheist, godless materialists, who aim at being practical,
SELF-
SUFFICIENT people. So are Satanists. Nothing could terrify the Xtians
more:
someone who are skilled and able in the ways of the world is a REAL
threat.
Hence the Cold WAR against the USSR, hence the war, spionage, sabotage,
embargo
and wrecking done against Cuba, a nation that have never been able
to fulfill
its potential because of the Xtoid WAR against it.
Another problem when trying to identify the real Satanists is that people
tend
to forget that Satanists are not Xtians. Yeah, you'd think this is
a redundant
observation, because obviously Satanists aren't Xtians, them being
Satanists and
all. What am I? STUPID? No, what I'm trying to direct your attention
to with
this seemingly contradictory statement is this: If you look at the
people
calling themselves Satanists you're bound to run into some people who
--
regardless of their OUTER appearances -- are NOT Satanists, but rather
they bear
striking resemblance to the Xtians they claim to oppose; but you would
have to
know WHAT TO LOOK FOR. Real Satanists DO NOT bear any resemblance to
Xtians and
Xtianity. So whenever you hear someone yelling "you stupid faggot",
"nigger go
home", "jewish untermensch", "heil Hitler", or "you fat, bloated fatso"
as an
insult, you can be sure you're dealing with a pseudo(Satanist. Satanists
do NOT
care what people do in bed, so whether you're a homosexual or not doesn't
matter. Nor do Satanists judge people on the color of their skin or
whether
you're a jew or not. Satanists are individualists and despise herd
people, and
there's no point in praising Hitler and his National Socialism as he
and his
mode of government exhibited the typical Xtoid sickness: stupid people
needing a
male head to think for them. That's what nazis want: someone to think
for them,
someone to legitimize their deeds. Just like the Xtian needs a GOD
or a Bible to
which he can surrender his moral judgement. Having done so he can stop
thinking!
Nor do Satanists have a hang-up regarding "fat people." This mode of
"bodily
fear" is innate to the Xtoid way of thinking. Dr. LaVey once said:
"Do not
complain about anything to which you need not subject yourself." So
what if
someone is fat? Why should it bother YOU. If your tastes dictate otherwise
it's
not like someone is FORCING you to fuck them. Quite a few Satanists
actually
dislike the "anorexic trend", which at present seems to dictate the
look of the
"ideal woman", as these Satanists consider skinnyness a sign of sickness
or
unnatural abstinence from pleasure. Some people are naturally skinny
which then
is natural for them and Satanists of course have no problem with that.
Some
Satanists LIKE skinny people. It's when you starve yourself because
of some
sick, Xtian ideal, which has its basis in "fear of the body", you've
got a
problem.
Another Xtian TYPE posing as Satanist is the "theist Satanist." This
is yet
another example of a person who cannot escape his Xtian upbringing
and therefore
needs an external god to THINK FOR HIM (which eventually amounts to
NOT thinking
at all). Satanism is NOT God-ism; and NEVER WAS -- please consult Phil
Marsh,
Tani Jantsang et al. No need for the Satanist to repeat the Xtian errors
and
lies. It is "people with Xtianity wrapped around their hearts" that
go out and
burn down churches. Burning churches is not the actions of someone
who's FREE in
the INNER sense, rather it is the actions of someone who continues
to let
Xtianity DEFINE HIM and TELL HIM WHAT TO DO. Dr. LaVey has warned against
this
repeatedly; and further: the Ninth Satanic Statement was NOT intended
as a RULE
to FOLLOW.
